SHIPPING: FREE shipping on orders $89+ (Puerto Rico & U.S.). $7.95 flat rate on orders under $89. Orders are processed Monday to Friday; please allow 5-7 business days for processing (pre-orders up to 12 days). Shipped via USPS First Class with tracking; you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@karolaandco.com or (787) 505-4227. Items must be shipped back within 7 days with the Karola & Co. label attached; return shipping is paid by the client. We issue store credit (original shipping excluded); no cash refunds. Flash sale and discounted items are final sale. Customized or personalized pieces and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. 60-day warranty on damaged or defective items.
