RETURN POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges if you are not satisfied with your purchase

- Contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@karolaandco.com or (787)505-4227
- Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must have the Karola & Co. label attached to it.
- Client is responsible for shipping costs.

We do not accept cancellations. However, if there are any problems regarding an order we will gladly assist and help solve any issues.

Because of the nature of the following, these cannot be returned unless delivered damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized items.
- Intimate items, due to sanitary guidelines. (This includes but is not limited to earrings)

Flash Sales/Discounted items are

FINAL SALE. Can’t be returned or exchanged.

We DO NOT offer refunds, you will receive store credit that can be redeemed in a timeline of 14 business days.
-Excluding original shipping costs.  

Karola & Co. offers a warranty of 60 days if the item is damaged or defective.
