SHIPPING POLICY

 

FREE shipping on all orders of $85 or more (Puerto Rico & U.S.).

Shipping charge of $7.95 on all orders under $85 in Puerto Rico and the U.S.

Depending on your country, state or zip code, additional shipping fees and taxes may apply.

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Package with tracking.

If you wish a faster shipping method (Priority Mail), contact us at orders@karolaandco.com or (787) 505-4227; additional shipping costs apply.

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

Allow 5-7 business days for orders to be processed.

Pre-order items may take up to 12 days to be processed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information.

 

If there is an error in the shipping address, please contact us to correct the address before the order is processed. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address due to client negligence, the package will be returned to our office and the customer will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

 

We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility; please contact your nearest USPS office directly.
