Karola & Co is a contemporary fashion jewelry brand based in Puerto Rico.

Founded in 2011, Karola & Co began as a small, word-of-mouth venture and has since evolved into an international brand with a loyal, growing community.

Our founder, Damarys Caro, brings a diverse background shaped by studies in public relations and hands-on experience in fashion and modeling. What started as designing pieces for herself quickly and organically expanded. Her impeccable styling sense, paired with sharp business insight, laid the foundation for steady and sustainable growth.

Karola & Co embodies the spirit of “for women, by women”—not only through its leadership and production, but also through frequent collaborations with local female entrepreneurs. Damarys’ belief that when women support one another, extraordinary things happen is reflected in her philanthropic initiatives, including multiple pieces designed to raise funds for Susan G Komen Puerto Rico.

Her passion for the island and her deep connection with customers have also led to numerous media features, including appearances on programs such as Despierta América and interviews in leading local newspapers and magazines.
