Orders are processed Monday to Friday; please allow 5-7 business days for processing (pre-orders up to 12 days). Shipped via USPS First Class with tracking; you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Contact us within 3 days of delivery at orders@karolaandco.com or (787) 505-4227. Items must be shipped back within 7 days with the Karola & Co. label attached; return shipping is paid by the client. We issue store credit (original shipping excluded); no cash refunds.
